We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Acquisition Officer to join our team remotely. This role is instrumental in expanding our client base, driving business growth, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

As a Client Acquisition Officer, you will identify and engage potential clients, develop tailored proposals, and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Your work will directly impact the company's growth and success by securing new clients and increasing business opportunities with existing ones.

2 Responsibilities

  • Identify Potential Customers: Research and connect with potential clients to introduce Supmasol Limited's services.
  • Lead Conversion: Pass promising leads to sales and marketing teams for deal closure.
  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service.
  • Market Analysis: Utilize market research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and trends, tailoring outreach accordingly.
  • Create Proposals: Develop customized and compelling proposals to meet client needs and showcase Supmasol's value.
  • Client Retention: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Optimize Outreach Efforts: Leverage data-driven insights to enhance client acquisition strategies and improve conversion rates.

3 Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year with a degree or 3 years without a degree of experience in client acquisition, sales, or a related role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Analytical skills for market research and customer behavior analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and outreach software.
